About the Role
As an Enterprise Healthcare Sales Executive, you will lead new business acquisition and strategic growth for Hatch’s Referral Management & Growth Platform.
This is a senior, quota-carrying role for a proven enterprise SaaS seller with deep experience in healthcare technology and a track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
You will work closely with executive leadership, health system stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to position Hatch as the category-leading solution for referral management and patient growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise revenue through consultative sales to hospitals, health systems, ASCs, and specialty practices.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, proposal, ROI modeling, and contract close.
- Engage executive-level stakeholders (COO, CIO, CMIO, VP of Access, VP of Operations, Physician Relations) to align Hatch with strategic access and growth initiatives.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of referral workflows, provider networks, and leakage mitigation strategies.
- Quantify business impact using data, case studies, and ROI analyses to build compelling business cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to ensure seamless hand-offs and long-term client success.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline through CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Represent Hatch at national and regional healthcare conferences as a thought leader in referral optimization and patient growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 7+ years in healthcare technology or digital health.
- Proven success closing $100K+ ARR enterprise SaaS deals and consistently achieving annual quotas of $1M+ new business.
- Expertise selling into health systems, hospitals, ASCs, and specialty provider networks.
- Deep understanding of referral management, patient access, scheduling, and engagement workflows.
- Mastery of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes (MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar).
- Strong executive presence and ability to articulate strategic, ROI-driven value propositions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with comfort leading C-suite conversations.
Preferred Experience
- Prior success at or selling against Phreesia, Luma Health, Kyruus, Redox, Zus, or Epic.
- Experience selling referral management, patient access, or digital front-door solutions.
- Existing network of executive-level healthcare decision-makers.
- Proven track record leading multi-year enterprise partnerships in healthcare SaaS.
